The Team Kit

Make the next handoff easier to use

An unclear close can leave a whole team doing the work twice. The team kit gives a manager eight complete, scripted learning sessions with practice, observation, feedback and retry.

Each session uses sixty learning minutes. Actual work attempts, evidence returns and the full developmental teaching assignment are scheduled separately in existing work. Protect that time through a capacity decision.

Team kit ordering is not open yet. The delivery model and requirements are described here.

What the kit gives you

Eight unit guides, short teaching scripts and media when available, the shared participant workbook, fictional role cards, observation sheets, exact field-tool references, work assignments and evidence questions. The manager follows the approved guide; using it does not confer facilitator certification or permission to deliver the flagship.

Block 2 reflection remains private. A manager facilitates the fictional practice, not a personal disclosure round. Participants keep their Code and maps. No real employee dispute is used as a role-play.

What the manager supplies

A real learning window and coverage, current materials, usable roles and helpers, verified concern and support routes and a legitimate work opportunity. Everyone leads and retries. An observer is not counted as having practiced the leader role. Before asking for more ownership, check what time, information, authority and standard the team actually has.

What a seat means

Each full-program learner needs the authorized materials seat for the declared run. The shared workbook serves all eight blocks. Actual price, included formats, access period and replacement rules are stated before purchase.

Check the work afterward

The useful question is what another person experienced after the real attempt. A manager's impression or a good lab does not settle that. Small-team feedback may be unreleasable; do not demand private pages to fill the gap.
