Present Leader Online
Give the next work moment a different response
You may know what good leadership sounds like and still leave a decision unanswered when pressure arrives.
Present Leader Online gives you eight weekly sessions to work on those moments. Teaching, practice, peer contact and work application fit inside ninety planned minutes a week.
Online enrollment is not open yet. Explore the program and its time requirements here.
What the eight weeks cover
Pressure and your response. Defaults under pressure. Reliability. Expectations and rhythms. Work conversations and repair. The way you lead a room. Decision ownership and support. Your private Leader Code and an ordinary work promise.
The same four promises run through the program: Show Up. Follow Through. Make It Matter. Build Others.
What the weekly time includes
Short teaching, usable references, fictional practice, feedback, a retry and an application and evidence return in suitable work. Four formal pod meetings replace practice slots in Weeks 2, 4, 6 and 8; buddy practice in other weeks is also counted. The default cross-company pod has four people. There is one facilitated fifteen-minute touchpoint in Week 4. It is not individual expert observation of every learner.
Week 8 includes full reciprocal twenty-five-minute teaching units in its learning time. These are developmental practice, not facilitator certification. No hidden compulsory assessment or onboarding time is added to the weekly budget.
If you do not have a sponsor
You can ask for an affected person's perspective, identify real friction and make a legitimate written request for missing conditions. You cannot promise your employer will remove a barrier. The no-sponsor path helps you stay honest about your responsibility, authority and unresolved risk. It does not ask you to work around your manager or silently add hours.
What stays private
Your Code, maps, assessment and evidence notes stay yours. Cross-company practice uses fictional facts and no identifying employer, client or colleague detail. Participants agree to the actual charter and its limits before meeting. We do not promise absolute confidentiality or use pods to discuss live complaints.
