About
The work still needs a response
A leadership promise becomes useful when someone else can work with it. They receive the decision, understand the expectation or have the authority to act.
The Present Leader is built around that responsibility. It gives people a small set of tools to practice in ordinary work and a way to hear whether the response helped. It also asks companies to name the conditions they owe their leaders.
What you can expect from the work
Plain language. Private reflection. Practice with feedback and a retry. A work commitment someone can notice. An honest return when the evidence is mixed, negative or not yet available.
Take the Climb
